Retro Facilitator Journey is Flakey

Our Cypress test for the Retro Facilitator is failing sporadically. The failing part seems to be the Mark thought as discussed (default and expanded) with the reason being CypressError: Timed out retrying after 4000ms: `cy.should()` failed because this element is detached from the DOM.

Attached are the results of the cypress test to help with debugging

It looks like this might actually be a problem in prod to. We saw clicking the discussed button sometimes not work. Could be related.
