Complex sonarr/plex setup

OK, so I have a relativly complex setup and felt fetcharr would be the best match for watchlist adding of shows, but i'm having issues getting the fetcharr.yaml properly formatted, i'll include a copy of it in this text with api keys and tokens removed. I have a multitude of shows and have them sorted by country of origin in my folder set up and as separate libraries on plex, each country is set up as a separate root folder in sonarr and tagged with a country or in one case type of show for easy sorting, we're talking 400 plus shows in sonarr. My question is how do I set up the fetcharr.yaml to add them to the correct root folder and tag it in sonarr?

What I have right now:

I'll admit, this was not a use case I prepared much for.

Naïvely, one could define a unique Sonarr instance in the config for each country, add a filter to only accept shows of that language, and have a different root folder for each. But, filtering by country is not currently supported and it's also not a very scalable solution.

Alternatively, I could add some custom option in the root_folder field, so a root folder could be determined per show. For example:
root_folder: "/volume/Media/TV/{Country}" or similar syntax. That way, the root folder should be what you want. However, if no country is returned in the metadata or if no root folder matches the shows country, it might place it in a wrong directory.

I think the second option would be the most useful, but please, send your thoughts and we can figure something out.

Thanks for getting back to me, Yea I'm not surprised that no one thought of this setup, I go a bit Librarian at times when it comes to organizing things, I tried to do the separate sonarr instance in the config for fetcharr but since I only really have one instance running it gave a decentralized error. If there was a way to map library to root folder that might help but I noticed today that Plex will offer up shows not of the same country but similar genre, and I checked Plex does not store county of origin in it's meta >_< so I might just need to do things manually. Let me know if you need a beta tester for any ideas you have on how this might end up working.

edit: Just thought of some thing that might work. maybe allow for the setting of a default path of unsorted with that tag added in, this might also need to be setup in Sonarr and or radarr? but this would allow for the type of folder structure that I have set up.

OK so I tried the folder setup with it going to unsorted. Only issue, now it is changing the root folder for shows that I already have in my sonarr, if it was possible to add something like "check_for_tvdbid: true" or "check_for_show_name: true" and/or if "update_existing_root: false" then using the \unsorted folder for new shows that aren't in sonarr yet world work like a charm. On a side note just from what I've been seeing is that fetcharr just adds an entry of "show name" "year" and maybe one or two other things into sonarr's db and then when sonarr runs a scan it fills in the info.

There is a configuration option for all services to not update anything, if the entry already exists. It's called update_existing, if I remember correctly.
