Test for interoperability drafted in DC:

  • Tool A (claiming compliance with flow spec) exports a tool that uses only "MUST" blocks specified in the standard.
  • Tool B (claiming compliance with flow spec) imports the output of A.
  • There is NO loss of behaviour:
    • UX for caller is identical
    • Data output is identical
