创建三群组、四机构、七节点的星形组网拓扑区块链系统后，控制台只能连接机构A的3个node

我的ip_list文件

使用机构A的node0，1，2的20240，20241，20242端口连接可以启动

使用剩下4个机构B、C、D的node3-6的20243-20246端口都无法连接

报错如下：
