File association not found for extension.py

After the python main.py downloader ... code, I supplied two Y's for installing the csv files. However, after successful download (as it shows), it starts to download the apple images and then throwing this error: File association not found for extension.py

I also tried some other commands like multiclass 1 and so on, the same issue is repeating.

After some time, something is downloading in my system and I don't know what it is.

Please suggest/advise what to do for resolving this issue.
