Sample IDs in ancestry

The R script to look at ancestry is currently only using individual IDs (i.e. IIDs), rather than the combination of family and individual IDs (i.e. FIDs and IIDs).

Both would be better, but the assumption is that we're only looking at unrelated study designs here? Is it necessary to include FID for other reasons?
