Plugin does not HTML escape csv input

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Import a CSV file with HTML special characters, eg. <>


What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
  Expect to see the actual CSV value displayed in the browser.
  Text such as <hi> will not be displayed.
