Add selector support for Overset workflow

This issue aims to add the selector paradigm for the overset module, specifically the componentMotionTypes constraint such that I (or others) can have external modules that specify other types of motion and not copy this constraint rule. I will be working in parallel with Loci/CHEM for testing.

Note: sixdof has the selector paradigm setup, so I'll work with that. This issue will probably be closed after I make sure my setup works.
