Generate list of submitted sample and related plates

When it is time to dispose of the plates for a project, all of the submitted samples for a project will be run in a LIMS step - Request Sample Disposal EG 1.0 ST that will have an EPP to trigger a script that queues all of the submitted samples and related derived samples in plates with suffix "-DNA" and "-GTY" into the "Dispose of Samples EG 1.0 ST". Derived samples will only be queued to "Dispose of Samples EG 1.0 ST" if all of the derived samples in the same container have also been through "Request Sample Disposal EG 1.0 ST".

We can modify it to only look at plates that are have the suffix "-DNA" and "-GTY"
