EdgeTX Buddy problems on iOS Chrome

Hi there …. Having problems with trying to update firmware using EdgeTX Buddy on my iPad … tried all sorts of… cant get progress to move forward to flashing using radio. Radio connected to iPad Pro …. But EdgeTX Buddy is not working to update firmware.
Can anyone help shed light as to whaat I’m doing wrong please?
