Get approval from the MOC staff, RH Enginneers, Consultants and the Product team for the PRD.

A PRD should be created and the following team should sign off on that document:

- MOC Staff
- RH Engineers working on MOC
- OpenShift Consultants
- Product Team of OCP Metering.
