Feature Request: Support for "Report Only" mode in managed hosting environments (Moodle US) #3

Description:
First, thank you for developing this plugin. It provides a great way to manage the timing of plugin maintenance.

Context:
Our organization is hosted with Moodle US. Due to the nature of managed hosting, we do not have the server-level permissions to execute plugin updates or installations ourselves via the web interface. These tasks must be handled by the Moodle US support team.

The Problem:
Currently, because we cannot perform the updates ourselves, we are unable to fully utilize the benefits of this plugin. However, we still need to stay on top of plugin versions to ensure security and stability.

Feature Request:
Would it be possible to add a "Check/Report Only" functionality? Specifically, we are looking for:

  1. Visibility: The ability to see which plugins have updates available (similar to the standard Moodle check) but within the context of your plugin’s timer/dashboard.
  2. Export/List Generation: A way to generate or view a list of all plugins that require updates.
  3. Workflow: This would allow us to use your plugin to identify necessary updates and then send that consolidated list to Moodle US for them to process on our behalf.

Essentially, we want to use the "Install Timer" logic to audit our site's health and schedule our requests to our hosting provider, even if the "Install/Update" button itself remains disabled or restricted.

Additional Information:

Moodle Version: 4.5.10 PROD & 5.0.6 DEV

Plugin Version: 1.0 (2026031000)

Thank you for considering this request to make the plugin more accessible for users in managed hosting environments!
