File Association Manager (File Metadata)

**Friends, my bests wishes for a beautiful day. Have a very urgent request for help. How can I add tags and comments to my files on Explorer. As we know, Windows does not allow to edit information in many files. In my case, this is a video in .mpg and .mpeg format. Help please...**
