Staging backend fails after certain time

Describe the bug
The backend of staging is not always available. After some time, can be minutes or hours the staging backend comes offline. Investigate what the problem is and find a solution. You probably need to view the error logs in the docker container.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. staging.dex.software and go to the project overview, the errors shows that the backend is offline.

Expected behavior
Backend remains available.
