Feature request: Add small caps

It would be great if small cap glyphs could be added to this font.

When I enable the "aalt" OpenType feature using https://fontdrop.info/, it replaces lowercase characters with what appears to be smallcaps fonts that already defined in the font file.

But I cannot see how I would otherwise use these smallcap forms without also enabling every other alternate form (such as the Turkish dotted I which stands out as most obvious).
