Improve the Navbar & Footer UI for a more modern and responsive developer-focused experience.

Motivation / Use Case

The current navbar and footer are simple but can be enhanced to improve navigation, responsiveness, and overall UI consistency.

Proposed Solution

• Add responsive mobile navbar
• Improve spacing and alignment
• Add hover animations and active states
• Enhance dark/light mode toggle
• Add social media links/icons in footer
• Improve footer layout and responsiveness
• Add quick navigation links

Alternatives Considered

• Keeping the current minimal layout
• Using only basic responsive styling

Additional Context

These improvements can make the platform look more polished, interactive, and professional while maintaining the current clean design.
