Generate overview of individual tests that are failed/muted/ignored.

This would be a separate page (preferably utilizing projects.js) with the sole purpose of generating a list of tests that are not run ('ignore'), suppressed ('mute') or just fail.

The output should be able to be copied and pasted in chat/mail/... .
