Create authentication system, including: service, web and mobile frontend

What is needed to be done

• Create auth service (copy logic from ChessGoat)
• Implement website auth frontend, connect it to backend
• Implement mobile auth frontend, connect it to backend

Acceptance Criteria

• All tasks are completed
• Auth service is tested and works
