Description

Description

To ensure smooth collaboration and pass the TA's Week 1 checkpoint, we need a single source of truth for the project's architecture, team responsibilities, and delivery plan. This will prevent merge conflicts and align the team on the AI/Backend contracts.

To do

  • Create a comprehensive README.md.
  • Design and embed a Mermaid.js architecture diagram (Clients -> API -> AI -> DB).
  • Define the AI pipeline contract (Clean text -> JSON payload).
  • Formalize "Technical Domains & Module Ownership" for the team.
  • Integrate the 6-Week Roadmap with checkbox tracking.

Notes

  • The architecture must reflect our specific implementation, avoiding generic descriptions.
  • Diagram must render natively in GitHub.

Acceptance Criteria

  • README.md is fully populated.
  • Architecture diagram is visible and accurate.
  • Team ownership is explicitly stated.
  • 6-Week plan is formatted and readable.
