Climbing ignores windows

Issue Summary:

If appears that climbing only checks for closed turf or possibly dense turf, forgetting to consider stuff like windows for if its actually passable. In theory we want this to exude low-walls still so we can have rooftop trims using them.

Reproduction Steps:

This spot has slightly weird geometry where you have to face a direction mid climb but it should be reproducible elsewhere.
