Old highlight on jewelry icon

When I choose the jewelry category in inventory, the blue U46 style highlights are around the category icon.

Seems it is not the highlight but the normal icon which shows the blue border:
/esoui/art/crafting/jewelry_tabicon_icon_down.dds

Edit:
As it is only this 1 texture I did some more tests and the code of the addon is correct, the texture is correct in the addon . But somehow the cache files of ESO hold both textures mixed now and show the "new" down and the "old" up/highlight textures...
This is weird but we cannot fix it as it's ESO's ShaderCache.coked which is borked somehow.

You can logout and quit the game, then delete the file live/ShaderCache.cooked and login again fresh, file will be rebuild then.
