Update the td_leakage_between_runs_test.py integration test, if needed

It appears that the td_leakage_between_runs_test.py integtest has not been updated for v5.
We should check if this integtest is still needed, and update it if we want to keep it.

Bumping this issue because software coordination is working on a nightly pytest workflow. In its current state, we'd need to exclude td_leakage_between_runs_test.py from the lists of tests to run.
