Creative Commons License box error when uploading an item – dropdown becomes locked

Describe the bug

When cataloging an item, the Creative Commons License dropdown works correctly at first. However, if you start filling in other fields in the form or add an image after interacting with the license field, when you try to select the license again, the dropdown becomes locked and cannot be opened.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Access the item creation/edit form.
2. Click on the Creative Commons License dropdown (no need to select an option yet).
3. Fill in other fields in the form (such as title, author, date, etc.) and add an image to the item.
4. Try to select the license again from the dropdown.
5. The dropdown is now locked and cannot be opened.

Expected behavior

The Creative Commons License dropdown should remain active and allow selecting an option even after interacting with it and filling in other fields or adding an image.

At Arvo, we have the solution: the Creative Commons license field remains active throughout the entire upload process.

I can’t reproduce the issue. I tested it locally, and it works fine.
