On narrow screens the new Badges layout

doesn't have enough space:

Describe the solution you'd like

Options:

• Make the column wider
• Hide the text on narrow screens (does one still know what's what?)
• Move he text below the icon

Describe alternatives you've considered

• Not sure yet :-)

I would just not display the tooltip if too narrow.
