The ability to rewire/redirect capabilities to other capabilities.

Example situation:
having Right Click map to Shift Right Click, that way a Create Deployer can Shift Right click with a Create: Enchantment Industry Enchanting Guide on a Blaze Burner to change the enchantment being applied
