现有的标题（正文字体，不支持html标签）不能很好的突出博客的特色，因此建议添加艺术字功能（支持字体配置，html标签渲染）以增加博客辨识度

在主页背景图、顶部导航栏、博主信息名称配置项的同级新增艺术字开关，支持字体选择和html标签，效果如图：
