Can't install mod on 1.11.2 and 1.12

Hello, I'm describing here the issue i'm having with the installation of the mod. I cant get it working/installing on versions 1.11.2 or 1.12 on some windows (7 for example) but i got it working on linux (Debian) and Windows 10. The steps are the following

1. Download the master .zip file, extract it anywhere
2. Install python 2.7 (any 2.7.x version)
3. Have a new, fresh 1.11.2 and 1.12 .jar file
4. Place myself on the mod folder and open a command line (CMD) there
5. Write C.\Python27/python.exe install.py
6. Select the .jar file for the correspondent version
7. Select Only ASMVillageMod and no other mod
8. Error
9. Running cmd as admin wont work either

The error is plain and simple, as the command line does not add any more information to it.

It does create a flie though and it says: Failed to download file. 1.12-ASM.json

Where do you install the contents of that zip file, @Chasewhip8 ?

@Chasewhip8 can you post the 1.12.1 modded version too ?

First of all if your looking for village marker then use the litemoader mod, and 2nd if you need the others compile the jar and is on on linux (run it on linux) and copy the 1.12.1 asm folder to the same location that it is on Linux to windows, Google where mc versions are installed if you need help

I was hoping you could post the same .jar file you posted on, but to version 1.12.1, if it isn't a problem. I'm on windows and i can't use linux
