Support for 'Sign & Verify'

• Look at the 'sign and verify' feature in the T2 repo
• Check whether the feature can be implemented using just Beacon by reviewing the Beacon docs (no ConseilJS)
• If the feature can be done with just Beacon, do it with just Beacon
• Else, do it with ConseilJS and Beacon
