so, i tried psbbn at first it worked well, i installed the English version on my PC and on psbbn i couldn't change the language in the one im want (im Italian) so i couldn't switch the language on PSBBN, also when i tried toi boot a game (PAL version) the language was in English not Italian as it should be, i looked around the guide but there isnt something about it, should i just switch the language on PowerShell?

Yes, you need to connect the drive to your PC and change the language using the PSBBN Definitive Project script. There's an option to change the language in the Optional Extras menu: https://github.com/CosmicScale/PSBBN-Definitive-English-Patch#optional-extras

After changing the language, games will also boot in Italian.

No, the language can only be changed by using the script. Only one language can be installed at a time.
