Send Reports on Secondary Click

We should be immediately sending off a report right after we record a secondary click to avoid the problem where we miss the secondary clicks because the app is backgrounded before the report is sent.

We should wait a short, but sensible amount of time for the report send to have a response received ensuring a high degree of these secondary actions are recorded correctly
