DEV - Set up S3 bucket and Profile pics

Profile pic things

• Set up s3 bucket
• Connect backend to s3 bucket
• Change register to take in a image with a size limit
• Change user object to have first name,last name, and profile url
• Have login give back the correct info
• Add in route to fetch profile pic for when it expires
• Have a timer to refetch the profile pic

Bucket things

• Setup the bucket in aws
• Give the backend access
• Create profile pic route
• Change login so that it serves back the pic url from the s3 bucket
• Make it so pics last 1 day
