Describe the bug
Disabling certificate checks in the app settings doesn't disable checks entirely using eSCL and https.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to 'Settings'
- Click on 'Disable certificate checks'
- Go to 'Discovery'
- Select scannner (https, eSCL)
- See error
Expected behavior
Scan without checking checking the hostname in the certificate.
Screenshots
Smartphone
- Device: Google Pixel 8 Pro
- Android version: 16
- ScanBridge version: 2.1.4
Additional context
In previous versions I didn't have to disable the certificate checks at all and it still worked. I can't exactly pinpoint in which version the error occurred, maybe a few weeks ago. Thank you for your great app! It's the only foss project I know of for my use case :)
