Node.js 20 is deprecated. The following actions target Node.js 20 but are being forced to run on Node.js 24: actions/cache@v4, actions/checkout@v4, actions/setup-node@v4, actions/upload-artifact@v4.
This is not a release blocker for v2.1.3, but it should be tracked as CI maintenance.
Follow-up:
- Update affected GitHub Actions to versions that run on the newer supported Node runtime when available.
- Re-run the release workflow or a safe workflow dry run after updating.
