Scan/recognize printed QR code

Title

App should be able to take a picture from from an upload or camera and recognize if the QR code belongs to the app or not.

Narrative

    As a: n app, app should recognize if QR code belongs to the app..
    I want: to determine if QR code belongs to app
    so that: user can be advised if QR belongs to app

Acceptance criteria

    Given: user scans or select image of QR code
    When: user selects image or takes a pictures of a QR code and checks if it part of the app
    Then: the app looks at the QR code image and determines if it belongs to the app
