NPM package is private

The Readme file instructs you to add `@checkmarxdev/ast-cli-javascript-wrapper-runtime-cli` however this package is private. Only `ast-cli-javascript-wrapper` exists (you can see this at https://github.com/orgs/CheckmarxDev/packages). I'm trying to work on https://github.com/Checkmarx/ast-azure-plugin which requires this package. Can you make this package public, so it can be used normally?
