Missing 'Deleted' notification

Great project, easy to use. But when deleting file there is no 'Deleted' notification
May it be because the OS? Windows 10 x64

Hmm, i also tested this on Windows 10 x64. Is there maybe some other specialty like the file system, network drive etc...?

hi, i have the same problem on windows 10 x64 1809
the event only fires on delete and move to recycle bin (press del key) (as 2 separate events) and not on delete bypassing the recycle bin (shift+del)

investigating further have found that delete events comming from scripting and command prompts also are not caught

on further investigation i have found that deleted via .net File.Delete and also VB6 "Kill(filename)" do fire the delete event

tested so far

works
..explorer normal delete (only del or menu option)
..Net Framework File.Delete
..VB6 "Kill(filename)"

not working
..explorer permanent delete
..command prompt del x.x

maybe i have found the reason, it looks like it could be an os limitation

Note Because of the way in which the Windows operating system deletes files, it is not possible for the minifilter to detect in advance that a file or stream will be deleted. The minifilter can only detect operations that may cause a deletion, and then determine if the deletion took place after the operation completes.

workaound found, i am passing the read event to the user mode part and calling a file.exists to see if the file has been deleted, works with command prompt and explorer permanent delete (shift delete)
