I couldn't find where I can change the bar speed

the bar does not have a "speed" in the direct sense.
Taking a snipped from main:

for (int i = 0; i < 99; i++) {
   menu.UpdateProgressBar(0, (float)i);
   Sleep(20);
}

Here the ProgressBar is incremented by 1 every 20 ms in that sense we have a "speed" of 0.05 percent/millisecond.
You could eihter change the delta of the increment (i+=2 instead of i++ for example) or change the amount of milliseconds for sleep.
