emacs minor mode

In case anyone is missing emacs support for bacon, I gave it a try. For now its not published to any emacs package registry its too early for that. But perhaps this will be useable for someone else. Contributions are welcome.

I never used emacs and didn't do any LISP in the last 30 years, so I'd welcome comments from other users.

(trying to read it... the bacon.el looks impressive, especially as you made the effort to translate bacon keys... it looks beautiful)

I have to admit that Copilot acted under my supervision. I am more interested in using this for my rust project rather than getting lost in too much parenthesis.

Its just a afternoon old. I want to shake things a bit, add the features that are still missing. There is a problem in the terminal selection and command passing etc. This is the first commit only. Some more testing and help would be welcome. And finally I dont know yet how to push things to emacs package registries and whatever rules they have. It is still easy to use from git (only one dependency), so if anyone is seriously interested in testing this, the barrier is pretty low.

Thats my intention, but give it a week or so to mature a bit. Most important thing for now is this issue so that anyone who searches for 'emacs' in the issue tracker will get a hint.
