Integration into Kraken for automated updates

What would it take to automate updates of the metadata catalog?

Simplest way might be to copy what we are currently doing for the WUE report which is to build the PDF from within a docker container on the analytics server.

What about re-running the code so there's an updated pdf? Perhaps something for Wesley or one of the research fellows / interns?
