Deep copy: Add missing tests

#46 will be merged with some tests missing due to time reasons.

Here is what is missing:

• CopyUtils.tryDeepCopyObj
  • DynamicObj collections
  • DynamicObj as keys/values of Dictionaries
  • ICloneable
  • DynamicObj (note that there are some tests in the DynamicObj module, but not exhaustive)
• For all methods: tests that cover that the flags work correctly (overWrite, includeInstanceProperties)
