changes to static pages

1. Change "Community" to "Contributors" (with text and logos from Jeremy).
2. Change the second label for "Personography" to "People" and "Encyclopedia" to "Places and Things".
3. Replace "Chronology" with a link to a TimelineJS file (to be provided by Doug).
4. Replace text on "Biographies" (to be provided by Frank).
5. Create new subsection in Life to link to BBWW virtual world (link to be provided by Doug).
