Continued cleanup of Cody VRA files

These are the fields in dublin core, and what I've found about how well they came through in VRA:

• dc:creator - present
• dc:contributor - not present in VRA
• dc:format - present (measurementsSet/display)
• dc:language - present (titleSet/French) (not currently displayed on site)
• dc:coverage - not used in posters
• dc:identifier - present
• dc:title - present
• dc:publisher - not present in VRA
• dc:subject - present
• dc:relation - present in two separate fields in dublin core, smushed into one text in vra (see below)
• dc:description - present
• dc:source - present in two separate fields in dublin core, smushed into one text in vra (see below)
• dc:type - present
• dc:date - present, but we should add a numeric date/date not before and after
• dc:rights - present, (/vra/work[1]/sourceSet[1]/source[1]/name[1]/@href)
