Cannot set upstream branch (Ex:5)

I can't set the upstream branch in exercise 5 with pushing...

This happens because git branch --set-upstream-to=origin/<my-branch> <my-branch> doesn't work, if the branch does not yet exists on the remote. Instead one would have to run git push --set-upstream origin/<my-branch>. This requires the information that set-upstream only has to be done the first time pushing the branch.
