To be clear, the version you've listed is not listed on ROBLOX's deploy history. Also, anything past 2016 hasn't been tested with the framework. Are you sure the version you're using properly supports SOAP?

I can confirm this happens on a late 2016 client 271. I confirmed through wireshark that the soapclient sends roblox.com instead of my domain to the rcc which is what is causing the problem. I changed the domain in all of the code and it still does that.

Fixed it by changing my domains near ns1, ns2, ns3 back to roblox.com. However it should work regardless of this. There is no mention of roblox.com in the code or wsdl, ive changed it all.

You should not be modifying the standard SOAP data model in the first place. This is why it was not working, and it has no business working otherwise. There are multiple mentions of "roblox.com" in the WSDL, and there is one during the initialization of the SoapClient in the RCCServiceSoap PHP instance. When modifying a ROBLOX client or RCCService binary, you should not be changing literally every mention of "roblox.com".
