I want to Handle 2 RTSP streams through single onvif server (without running another instance of the rpos) , each one has its own PTZ configuration

This is in the ONVIF standard - you have multiple "video sources" and then under ONVIF we use "video source tokens".

There are some changes made to RPOS in the last few months that start to implement this.
