Through techniques like reward systems and hidden frictions, major exchanges and super apps have found effective ways to keep users and their money hooked in their ecosystems.

In this workshop, we’ll explore behavioral conditioning bases, dopamine addiction and different design approaches: the standard "good practices" to help users, gamification strategies to hook users, and the "dark patterns" that cheat users for business benefit
