Can statgenGWAS be used to run GWAS for binary phenotype?

I want to run a GWAS for a disease status while I did not find a logistic model option in statgenGWAS? May I ask if statgenGWAS is suitable for running binary GWAS? Will there be a new function developed in the future for this purpose?

At the moment fitting a logistic model using statgenGWAS is not an option. I do think it would be a nice addition to the package though. I will put it on our to-do list for thing to consider for upcoming releases. I will keep you updated
