Query Manager asks that you authorize its use with your Google account. This authorization allows Query Manager to make certain authenticated requests via the Google API, including starting new BigQuery jobs that may cost money. This authorization will also allow Query Manager to access, alter, and create new BigQuery jobs and visualizations.
