This is probably more of a question. Not sure but it appears that after install and enchanting a weapon with the Living Enchantment mod Level Up stopped "leveling up".
Old levels remain and the "To next level:" count down continues to count down and reset to the next level count down, but no actual Skill points are "rewarded".
Again not sure what is causing it.
