gradient color is different than circle and reported value

im using this color template and i noticed that the value and circle color are different than the reported value
attached is a pic and the used colors for the palatte

and the palatte used is
["#ff0000","#ffff00","#00ff00","#00ffff","#0000ff","#ff00ff","#ff0000"]

i also tried with the color picker from your example and it also displayed the same issue it wasnt like the video

i think the issue is because linear gradiant doesnt split the colors equally after doing that its working using the locations attributei will make it dynamic and make a pull request
